Nature's Needs
Teresa Ann Frazee
Once more caught in the metamorphosis of morning light
With shades of granulated amber, dawn’s mist is strewn
Upon the skillful wilderness of a spring garden
Where fertile seeds float in their culinary cocoon
In their entwined transforming world, soft shadows divide
Woven into one, stems coil around the fragrant air
Like verdant phantoms ordained by the laws of heaven
Their regal bounty gives credence to the atmosphere
Content nuzzled against each other´s ambrosial touch
Life oozes its purity into the cells of trapped seeds
Until they ripen within their fluid environment
And in their rooted landscape they submit to nature’s needs
